Job Title Technical Wealth Manager Assistant

KPA and Strategic Deliverables

Diary Management:
Scheduling of  appointments , follow up meeting and internal appointments

Quarterly Reports:
Generating, editing, printing, scanning and posting of reports on a daily basis.

Filing
Continuous scanning and filing of all correspondence and documentation

Transactions:

  • Submit transaction to compliance
  • Follow up  process of submitted transactions  on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Lump Sum Contributions
  • Regular Contributions
  • Lump Sum Withdrawals
  • Full withdrawals
  • Maintenance Instructions (Regular Withdrawals, Change of address etc)
  • Product Switches Out
  • Switches in process

 

Tasks:
Work on active tasks  (statements, fund prices, email quarterlies) and

  • Tax Clearance Applications
  • Section 14 Transfers
  • Maturities of policies
  • Retirement from Provident Fund ( Retiring clients)

Meetings:

  • Preparation of all files which includes:
  • Updating values of managed and non managed investments
  • Q Report and supporting documentation
  • Checking FICA/FAIS
  • Preparing Section transfer documentation (For vertical Integration)
  • Actions from meeting:
  • Scanning of minutes, cashflow and documents and posting
  • Submitting of all instructions
  • Continuous monitoring of outstanding info, documents as a result from meeting

 

FICA/FAIS/ Wills &Mandates:
This is a constant task that requires me to check that we have the following at all times for the client:

  • FICA – All valid FICA Documents on system
  • FAIS – Cashflow and Minutes scanned after every appointment and as per the calendar
  • Attending to FAIS/FICA /Mandate list per month
  • Generating, scanning and posting out of closing letters

Client Liaison

Attend  clients requested information, documents or transactions.
